2. Please send me your high-resolution images through sales@lotusinspiration.com
3. Wait for me to send you proof for review (I can make unlimited revisions for you until you are happy with the draft.)
4. Once the final design has been approved by you, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation with it is ready for shipping.
5. Viola! Wait for your package to arrive and enjoy the bags!
Please Note: After the proof has been sent to you for review, if I don't hear back within 5 days, the design will be considered finalized and the item will be shipped out as it is.

RELACE & REFUND
Because all items are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such cases, please send us proof. (A photo will work)
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
* The bag color is wrong (you wanted color A, we send color B) and you have proof.
* The text color is wrong (you wanted color A, we send color B) and you have proof.
* The design is wrong (you wanted design A, we send design B) and you have proof.
* Text is wrong (you wanted text A, we send text B) and you have proof.
